PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Council of the Town of Paradise is
extending the application period for volunteers who would like to serve
on the Town of Paradise Tree Advisory Committee. Read the Public Notice here. Download
application here.
Town Attorney Moore has
advised that the law that precludes an ordinance adoption at a special
meeting. See Government Code Section 36934. Therefore, this action will
not be requested on the special meeting agenda of June 25, 2008.

Cancellation of June 24, 2008 Regular Town Council Meeting
Special Meeting at 8:45 am, June 25, 2008
Special Meeting at 9:00 am, June 25, 2008
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:
1. That at the call of a majority of the Town Council of the Town of
Paradise, the Regular Town Council Meeting scheduled for June 24, 2008,
has been cancelled. The next regular scheduled meeting is July 8, 2008.
2. That at the call of the Mayor of the Town of Paradise, a Special
Meeting has been set for 8:45 a.m., Wednesday, July 25, 2008, to: (1)
Consider adopting Ordinance No. 484, An Ordinance Repealing Section
6.12.60 of the Paradise Municipal Code and Adding a New Chapter 6.13 to
the Paradise Municipal Code Relating to Potentially Dangerous, Dangerous
and Vicious Animals; and, (2) Consider adopting Resolution No. 08-31, A
Resolution of the Town Council of the Town of Paradise Establishing the
Tree Replacement In-Lieu Fee.
3. That at the call of a majority of the Town Council of the Town of
Paradise, a Special Meeting has been set for 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, July
25, 2008, to review and consider approval of a final budget for the Town
of Paradise for fiscal year 2008/2009; and, to adopt resolutions approving
an annual appropriations limit, designating general fund reserves, a
salary pay plan and a five year capital improvement plan.
