The Paradise Town Council is the chief policy making body for the Town of Paradise. In that role, they establish priorities, set policy, and adopt programs. Approving the annual Town budget is one of the Council's most crucial and sweeping responsibilities.

Building/Fire Code Board of Appeals

The Building/Fire Code Board of Appeals was first established by town council by minute order on March 2, 1999. The purpose of committee is to resolve questions about building official decisions regarding application & interpretation of technical code. Meetings are held on an “as needed” basis whenever there is an appeal of a decision of a building official.

Measure V Citizen Oversight Committee

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Paradise Town Council of one position on the Town of Paradise Measure V Citizen Oversight Committee as vacant, created by an untimely resignation of a Committee Member.

Planning Commission

The Planning Commission is established by ordinance to serve as an advisory board to the Paradise Town Council and holds one regular meeting on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at Town Hall located at 5555 Skyway.
