Barking Dog Complaint Form

To file a complaint about a barking dog, please fill out the Barking Dog Complaint Form.  According to the Town of Paradise Municipal Code, dogs may not create "a noise in a neighborhood by howling, barking or making unusual sounds that disturb two or more persons residing in different residences during three separate days within a seven day period." Therefore, two or more people residing in different residences must be disturbed and file a complaint on three different days before a citation may be issued.
