Alternative Systems
In the event that a standard wastewater disposal system cannot be constructed due to unfavorable soil conditions, small lot restrictions or commercial use, an Alternative System can be designed to accommodate the parcel needs.
Various types of Alternative Systems utilized in the Town of Paradise:
- Bottomless Sand Filter (BSF)
- Recirculating Gravel Filter (RGF)
- Textile Filter
- Pressure Distribution
Possible requirements to obtain a permit:
- Septic Permit Application
- Engineered Calculations
- Test Hole(s)
- Fees (Cash/Check/Credit Card)
