The salary for this position is $120,827 to $154, 190 annually

Benefits provided by the Town of Paradise will be  pursuant to the Management Group MOU for this  position. Outlined below is a summary as at the time of recruitment.

  • PERS retirement plan (2% @ 60 for classic members, 2% @ 62 for new members.) 
  • Retiree Medical - Equal to active EE contribution
  • Longevity - 5% @ 10 years, 7.5% @ 15 years
  • Sick Leave - 96 hours per year
  • Vacation Leave -
    • 0-4 years - 120 hours per year
    • 5-9 years - 135 hours per year
    • 10-14 years - 176 hours per year
    • 15 & over - 200 hours per year
  • Administrative Leave - 120 hours per year
  • Bereavement Leave - Up to 3 days each leave
  • Holidays - 12 days per year and 28 hours per year of floating holiday
  • Medical Plans - 
    • PERS Medical Plan - Employee pays a portion of premium coverage
    • MetLife Dental
    • Superior Vision
    • *Pay in lieu, or Deferred compensation in lieu of medical is an option if you have insurance through another provider and can provide proof of that coverage.
  • Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Plans
  • Life Insurance - $150,000 in coverage, paid by the Town
  • Deferred Compensation (457) - Available for EE contribution
  • No Social Security participation
  • Gym Reimbursement - $120 per quarter
