Lateral Police Officer
Annual Salary: $69,180 - $88,296
One-time Lateral* Sign-on Bonus of $40,000 plus a one-time credit of 80 hours of vacation time and 80 hours of sick leave hours, credited into leave bank.
$15,000 paid at time of hire, $15,000 paid at successful completion of probationary period, and $10,000 upon subsequent successful annual review.
*Lateral applicant is defined as having previous or current sworn police officer experience, no less than one year.
