Town Of Paradise Soils Map

The Town of Paradise Soils Map displays general soil conditions present within the town limits.  Additional information regarding zoning, soils information, land use and such, can be found by visiting the Town of Paradise mapping page https://www.townofparadisemapping.com.  This amazing resource is made available by the Geographic Information Center (GIC) at CSU, Chico.  The easy-to-navigate interactive map allows for fast access to various parcel information.   

Map Tips:

• Search by address or APN.
• For soils, select the Soils Survey layer and uncheck Zoning for a better view. 

Special Permit Zone (SPZ) - These areas correspond to major drainage ways or flood zones within the Town of Paradise that have special survey requirements.  If any part of the parcel is in the Special Permit Zone, check with Community Development Services to see if an Elevation Certificate is required prior to submitting for a building permit.
