Upgrade/Alteration Permit

Some of the most common reasons for an Upgrade/Alteration permit:

• When upgrading bedroom count and needing to expand your septic system to accommodate additional daily flows. 
• When you choose to upgrade your septic system to current code even though the existing system is still operational. 

Upgrade/Alteration permit requires a Septic Permit Application, fees ($356.42), 1 floor plan and 2 copies of a proposed plot plan.
