EVACUATION WARNING for the entire Town of Paradise

The evacuation warning status remains unchanged. The entire Town of Paradise is under an EVACUATION WARNING due to the Park Fire. All zones within the town are affected by this warning.

Fire behavior and predicted winds require all residents in Paradise to prepare to evacuate and await further information.

An EVACUATION WARNING means prepare to evacuate and await additional instructions, under a warning those who need additional time to evacuate should begin evacuating now. If you evacuate, please utilize south-bound evacuation routes of Skyway, Clark, or Pentz as northern evacuation routes are impacted by the fire.

An EVACUATION ORDER means evacuate immediately. If at any time you feel you need to take action for your family’s safety, please do so.

An Evacuation Shelter has been established at Neighborhood Church in Chico located at 2801 Notre Dame Blvd, Chico and the Butte County Fairgrounds in Gridley located at 199 E Hazel Street, Gridley. A small Animal Shelter is located at 2279 Del Oro, Oroville. A large Animal Shelter is located at Camelot Equestrian Park, 1985 Clark Road, Oroville.

The Town of Paradise has issued an EVACUATION WARNING for the entire Town of Paradise in response to the Park Fire.  All zones are under an EVACUATION WARNING.  Fire behavior and predicted winds require all residents in Paradise to prepare to evacuate and await further information.

There are NO changes to the evacuation warning status. Zones 1, 4, and 9 (BUT-TOP-01, BUT-TOP-04, BUT-TOP-09) remain under an evacuation warning. Butte County has activated a fire hotline: local residents can dial 211, and those outside Butte County can call 1-866-916-3566.

The Town of Paradise is actively monitoring the status of the #ParkFire. Updates will be posted on the Town of Paradise Facebook Page as new information becomes available. The next anticipated update is at 8:00 PM.

The Town of Paradise is monitoring the #ParkFire. The Town will continue to update the Town of Paradise Facebook Page as more information becomes available. The next anticipated update will be at 9:30 a.m. There have been NO changes to evacuation warning status at this time.

The Town of Paradise has issued an EVACUATION WARNING for Zones 1,4 and 9. There are no current evacuation orders for the Town of Paradise. Butte County has activated a fire activation hotline. Local residents can dial 211. People outside of Butte County can dial 1-866-916-3566. Visit https://bit.ly/4cU56Y0 to know what Zone you live in.
