Sergeant Robert Pickering and Titan
Sergeant Pickering has been with the Paradise Police Department since July 1999. His partner is Titan, a Belgian Malinois. Officer Pickering and Titan completed their rigorous K-9 Handler training in April 2020 and are currently working their "beat" together keeping the Paradise community safe.
Officer Montana Wood and Ridge
Officer Wood has been with Paradise Police Department since December 2019. Her partner is Ridge, a German Shepard. Officer Wood and K-9 Ridge have K-9 handler training since March of 2021.
Officer Dominic Vannucci and Kilo
Officer Vannucci has been with the Paradise Police Department since December 2018. His partner is Kilo, a yellow Labrador. Officer Vannucci and K-9 Kilo have K-9 handler training since November of 2022.
Officer Trenton Eidhammer and Phoenix
Officer Eidhammer has been with the Paradise Police Department since June 2022. His partner is Phoenix, a German Shepard. Officer Eidhammer and K-9 Phoenix have K-9 handler training since October of 2023.
They are the newest addition to the K-9 unit and we are excited to see everything this partnership will achieve.
Retired Paradise Police K-9s
Sergeant John Wilkey and Cash
Sergeant John Wilkey has been a police officer with the Paradise Police Department since 2008 and has been a K-9 Officer partnered with Cash since September 21, 2011. Cash was a German Shepard who arrived in the United States from the Netherlands. K-9 Cash was honored to serve the Town and spent many years meeting Paradise residents and business persons providing an increased sense of safety and security. K-9 Cash retired in January of 2021 and passed on October 6, 2023. Thank you for protecting and serving our community Cash, we thank you for your service.
