PRESS RELEASE- Town of Paradise to Conduct Additional Individual Siren Tower Testing

Paradise, CA- The Paradise Early Warning Siren (EWS) towers are in the final testing and configuration phase. To ensure the effectiveness and reliability of the system, the Town will be conducting additional testing of individual towers on Thursday, May 2, Friday, May 3, Monday, May 6, and Tuesday, May 7.
During these testing days, each tower will be tested one time during the day between 9am and 4pm. This testing is crucial for the Town and its contractor to assess sound levels and confirm the proper configuration of each tower within the system.
In addition to the individual tower tests, the Town will conduct its standard monthly test of all 21 EWS towers on Saturday, May 4, at noon.
