Grading Permits
Grading work performed in the Town of Paradise shall comply with the Town of Paradise Municipal Code and California Building Code.

Site Plans are required for Grading Permit issuance and shall include the relevant information about the lot and proposed scope of work, including but not limited to: volume of soil to be displaced, location of displacement, elevations of existing and proposed site, site features, building locations, easements, drainage ways, Special Permit Zones/Flood Zones, etc. Submitted Site Plans will be reviewed and corrections will be provided based on each site's unique properties. Additional information may be requested based on the proposed work and the site specific properties. Erosion and Sediment Control Plans (ESCP) are required for Grading Permit issuance. Link to the: ESCP
