Short Term Rentals

In accordance with the Paradise Municipal Code ( Chapter 17.30), all property owners who wish to operate a short-term rental within the town limits must obtain an Administrative Use Permit from the Town of Paradise. This permit ensures that short-term rental operations align with town standards and regulations, providing a safe and pleasant experience for both the renters and the neighboring community.

Short term is defined as a stay, with compensation, for thirty (30) days or less. 

Application Requirements:

• Completed application & fee ($352.14)
• detailed written project description
• Site plan drawn to engineers scale
• Applicants & Owners signature
