Town Council Candidates/Officeholders and Political Action Committees Financial Disclosures
Officeholders and candidates for local office are required by California law to disclose certain financial information to the public. This is accomplished by reporting on forms approved by the California Fair Political Practices Commission and filing with the Town Clerk, the local filing officer. The information may also be forwarded to the Fair Political Practices Commission.
Copies of all filings - Statements of Economic Interest and Officeholder/Candidate Campaign Disclosure Statements - are available for public view at the Town Clerk Department. Contact Dina Volenski at 530-872-6291 Extension 102 or email dvolenski@townofparadise.com.
The FPPC posts all Forms 700, Statements of Economic Interest, on their website. The public may view these forms at fppc.ca.gov. by clicking on the Form 700 link or view Form 700s (SEIs) filed by elected officials.
